Cleaning Method
Mix two drops of detergent with four bowls of water, spray it on
the yoga mat and wipe it with a dry cloth
lf the yoga mat is very dirty, you can also use a cloth dipped in
detergent to gently wipe the yoga mat, and then rinse it with clean
water. Then use a dry towel to roll up the yoga mat, absorb the
excess water, and finally dry the yoga mat.
If the mat is very dirty, fill the bathtub with cold water, and then
add detergent. The less detergent, the better, because any residue
will make the yoga mat slippery. Then scrub the cushion with a
damp cloth and rinse it. Roll up the yoga mat with a dry towel,

Store in a dark place to avoid high heat

This mat was recommended by my daughter’s fitness coach. It’s affordable and very comfortable to use on hardwood floors. Its thickness allows me to work out barefoot comfortably. So far, it seems quite durable. I really like it!
